Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (NZ 20+)

You must be at least 20 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

2) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may require verification (including age) and may suspend access until completed.

3) Virtual coins & virtual items

• Virtual coins/items are licensed for in-game use only, have no cash value, and are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for money or anything of value.
• They are non-transferable; selling, gifting, trading, or attempting to transfer is prohibited.
• Balances may change through gameplay; we may adjust or remove virtual items to maintain fairness, comply with law, or address errors/abuse.

4) In-app purchases

• Purchases (if available) grant virtual coins/items for entertainment only; they do not increase odds of real-world winnings (none exist).
• Prices and billing are shown at purchase time and may include GST where applicable. Taxes may vary by platform/location.
• Payments are processed by your app store/payment provider; refunds are handled under that provider’s policies and any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable).

5) Community & user content

If you post or upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it to operate and promote the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, misleading, infringes IP/privacy, or contains malware/spam. We may remove content and moderate at our discretion.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/scripts, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Attempting to buy/sell accounts or virtual items, or facilitating real-world value exchanges.
• Harassment, impersonation, fraud, or illegal activity.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that virtual coins/items will always be available, or that gameplay will meet your expectations.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Kiwi Spin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual coins/items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

9) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove/disable virtual items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first to try to resolve issues informally. If unresolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts (and, where appropriate, the Disputes Tribunal).

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
