Sharing & disclosures

We share personal information only as needed with service providers acting on our instructions ("processors"), such as hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, payment processing, and security/fraud services. International transfers

Some providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take steps required by the Privacy Act 2020 to ensure comparable safeguards apply (for example, contractual protections and due diligence of providers).

Retention

Retention periods vary by data type (e.g., account data while active; transaction records as required by law; logs for shorter periods unless needed for investigations).

Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of your personal information (and ask us to attach a statement if we do not make a correction).
• Make a complaint to us and, if unresolved, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
